Länsmansgården, or Ulfsby Herrgård to give it its more correct name, is a well-preserved listed building from the era of the great manor houses of Värmland. Its first owner is named in records from 1540.

Margretetorps Gästgivaregård has for centuries been a resting place for travellers on the famous thoroughfare across the Halland Ridge. It became well-known as early as 1652, the year in which Queen Kristina laid down the statutes for hostelries and coaching inns. Margretetorp has been faithfully restored and is today a hotel of the highest class, as well as one of the most beautiful in the whole of Sweden.

This beautiful castle, dating from the 16th Century, has a colourful and interesting history. It is situated on a cliff with a magnificent view over the bay of Bråviken. The present building were constructed in 1725. The parkland surrounding the castle is full of ageold hardwoods and green lawns.
