And you're in good company - the mansion during his more than 400 years been visited by both Charles XI and Charles XII.
Our weekend guests arrive at the mansion, situated midway between Mälardalen and Bergslagen, to experience a relaxing environment with many activities in the area - not to mention the good food!

The hotel also arranges weddings, corporate and family parties, meetings and conferences in the glorious mansion environment. Owners Susan and Bertil Norrman has run the mansion since 1997 and adapt to their guest's preferences and needs.

History:
In the middle of the 1600s, Peder Larsson Höök built the first mansion in Kolsva. Among his many guests were Karl XI and Karl XII. During the 1950s, renovated the house to use as a hunting residence of the Wallenberg family, Kohlswa Jernverks then owner. The mansion was used as a private residence for the mill managers until 1968. It then stood empty until 1981 when it acquired its current use as a country house hotel.Special features:
