Cookies

Countryside Hotels uses cookies to see what users see on the site, visitor statistics and to control the ads so that they only run a certain number of times for each visitor. A cookie is a text file that is sent from our web server and stored by your browser.

The visitor can prevent cookies from being stored in several ways:

  • You can delete cookies from your hard drive at any time, but this means that your personal settings are lost.
  • You can also modify your browser settings so that it will not allow cookies to be saved on your hard drive. However, this impairs the functionality of certain websites, may prevent access to the members area and may make certain content and features unavailable.
  • You can download a blank cookie ("opt-out cookie") so that only cookies from our partner Revenue Science will not be saved. If you delete your cookies, the blank cookie will disappear too and then you have to download it again.

Many modern browsers also support incognito mode, which deletes your cookies each time you close your browser.
