I have questions about my booking

Cancellation must be done via email to info@countrysidehotels.se. If cancellation takes place later than according to the cancellation rules, the booked hotel will be contacted directly. Free cancellation can take place until 18.00 the day before arrival free of charge unless otherwise stated at the time of booking and on the booking confirmation.

I have questions about gift cards

When you want to shop for your gift card, this must be done at countrysidehotels.se. You book what you want on our website, guarantee with a credit card and take the gift card with you as full or partial payment. When you have made your booking, you will receive a confirmation via email.

When booking with a gift card that has 6 digits and starts with the number 0 = Guarantee with credit card number and bring the gift card to the hotel as full/partial payment. Do not enter any code.

When booking with a gift card that has 12 characters = Enter your gift card code on the payment page. If the amount on the gift card is not enough, you also fill in the credit card number as a guarantee for the remaining amount. The rest is paid on the spot to the hotel.

Our gift cards are valid for two years from the date of printing.

No, that does not work. To use our gift cards, the booking must be made on our website, countrysidehotels.se.

I have questions about your loyalty program

You can become a member when you complete a booking. In step 3/3 you register and follow the instructions.

You will see your earned nights 5 days after the end of your stay.

I have questions about the hotel

Dogs are welcome in most of our hotels but not in all rooms. When you make your reservation, state in the message box that you wish to bring your dog with you. If there is a problem or if the hotel charges a fee, they will contact you.

When making your reservation, please indicate in the message box that you would like a disabled room. If there is a problem, the hotel will contact you.
