Where: This tour will take you to many of our most beautiful and fairy tale-like castles, palaces and manors, and you get to stay in some of them.

How to get there: You can opt to fly to Stockholm, rent a car there, go on your tour and then fly out of Stockholm again. Or drive your own car.
Housed in a 17th-century royal Palace, Rosersbergs Castle Hotel is located in an English park next to Lake Mälaren.
The rooms are located in the original palace buildings or a modern annex building and have either period furnishings or simple modern furniture. All include a private bathroom with shower, and some have views of the Rosersberg Palace grounds.
When you’ve explored the royal grounds, why not enjoy a drink on the enormous terrace with views over the spectacular garden?
Stay at: Roserbergs Castle
Drivning time from Arlanda Airport: 15 min
On the countryside, a few kilometers outside the village of Gränna, famous for the candy “Polkagrisar”, you find Västanå Castle. The castle was originally built app. 1590 and turned into the first castle hotel in Sweden 1948. The von Otter family has owned the estate for 9 generations since 1785.
Here you can enjoy beautiful surroundings, relaxing interiors, beautiful art, excellent food and good wines. All the rooms are individually decorated. Here you will find endless forests, lovely hiking paths as well as the typical red houses associated with the landscape of Småland.
Stay at: Västanå Castle
Drive from previous night’s hotel: 3.5 hours.
The fairy tale-like Läckö Castle is a magnificent castle on the shores of Lake Vänern, and was built in the 13th century. If you want to explore the city of Gothenburg, you are now just one hour away.
Stay at: Bjertorp Castle.
Drive from previous night’s hotel: 2 hours.
Day 4 to 6 – Collection of Palaces
For natural reasons, most palaces, castles and manors are largely concentrated around the areas surrounding the Royal Capital: Lake Mälaren, Uppland & Stockholm. Drive along the areas as you please, pick one of our hotels that tickles your imagination to stay at and spend some time in the Royal Capital to visit the homes of the Royal Family, including the palaces of Drottningholm, Haga and Stockholm.
